Our path begins in 1978 with the first privately owned store and we continue today with the development of an innovative laboratory with the ability to produce Slow Cooked dishes with the same love, effort and dedication to our values and customer service.
I could not have achieved this “journey” without a) our team of people, who work every day, giving their best, b) the continuous training in new tastings and c) the continuous research and development in new products, methods . but also our continuous effort to improve and upgrade our operations.
