The "Spyros Melis" butcher shop was founded in 1977 by our father, Spyros Melis, whose core principle was to offer high-quality meats, always with friendliness and love towards his customers. He called this philosophy a "Lifelong Relationship".

We carry on this principle today, striving to keep the tradition alive and remain true to the values we were raised with: quality, taste, tradition, and respect for each and every customer.

At the same time, we continue to evolve, creating products that deliver real value and fully meet our customers needs — aiming to enhance both taste and the overall culinary experience. Many of our products fall under the Quick & Easy category, are healthy, and stand out for their variety and distinctiveness compared to other market offerings.
